Benefits of Membership

Toledo Choose Local offers three levels of membership (Basic, Supporting, and Sustaining) in four membership categories (Regular Business, Sponsorship, Individual, and Associate Business.)

Regular Business Membership

This category of membership is for locally owned businesses that believe in the mission of Toledo Choose Local, have full autonomy and local decision making in their business practices (purchasing, advertising, hiring, etc.) and are located within a 45 mile radius of downtown Toledo. This category of membership has voting rights.

Regular business members all receive the following benefits:

• Your business name, contact information, and level of support in our printed and online directories
• Your logo in our online directory
• A link to your business in our online directory
• A 10-word (Basic), 25-word (Supporting), or 50-word (Sustaining) description of your business in our printed and online directories.
  

Individual Membership

This category of membership is for individuals who believe in the mission of Toledo Choose Local and share the values of choosing local and giving back to the community.  Your name and your membership level will be listed on our Web site and in our printed directory.  This category of membership does not have voting rights.

Associate Business Membership

This category of membership is for businesses that fall outside the criteria for regular business membership but believe in the mission of Toledo Choose Local and share our values of choosing local and giving back to the community. This category of membership receives the same benefits of membership as regular business members, at the same cost, but does not have voting rights.

Associate business members all receive the following benefits:

• Your business name, contact information, and level of support in our printed and online directories
• Your logo in our online directory
• A link to your business in our online directory
• A 10-word (Basic), 25-word (Supporting), or 50-word (Sustaining) description of your business in our printed and online directories.
  

Sponsorship

Toledo Choose Local is very grateful to our sponsors!  In addition to the following benefits, our sponsors receive a complementary business membership (associate or regular), the level of which corresponds to the level of sponsorship.

Sponsors all receive the following benefits:

• Your logo on printed materials
• Acknowledgment of your level of support on our home page
• Recognition of your level of support at Toledo Choose Local events
• Your 1/4 page (Basic), 1/2 page (Supporting), or full page (Sustaining) advertisement in our printed directory.
